Our custom park model homes offer 400 square feet of space-efficient living. They come with all major appliances, furnace, air conditioning, electric, cable, internet and full utilities. The homes are factory built utilizing craftsman-quality construction, beautiful finishes, and adhere to national building codes.

Park model homes come in a choice of 1-2 bedroom with options for an additional loft and/or detached shed. Our season runs from April 15-October 15th each year and included in your annual land lease fee is access to all of the amazing Silo Ridge amenities, services, and activities.
