Our community is designed for upscale camping units such as Park Models, Destination RVs, 5th Wheels and Motor Coaches.  We have Park Model Homes available for sale but we realize that many of you may already have a home. To maintain the quality experience for all of our residents,  homes not purchased at Silo Ridge must be approved by one of our staff. There is a $5,000 parking fee if you bring your own home to cover the costs of the pad.

The annual contract is $5,000 – $5,500 depending on the site you select. Lots adjoining our Community Center and along the the perimeter are larger. Lots on the outside perimeter and that back onto the Community Center are 5,500 sq.ft.,  all others are 5,000 sq.ft. 

All campers of Silo Ridge and their guests have access to the facilities of Wishing Well RV Resort that adjoins Silo Ridge. If you have guests, you can call Jellystone Park and arrange to rent of the Park Models or cabins for your guests.

While the facilities of Silo Ridge are reserved for adults, you will receive wrist bands that will allow your grandchildren and other younger visitors to enjoy the amenities of the adjacent Jellystone Park. 

Yes!  A golf cart provides a great way to get around Silo Ridge and the adjoining Jellystone Park.  Very handy if you need to go the store or cafe at Jellystone or just want to enjoy a relaxing drive after dinner!

Your pets are family! We have an awesome Dog Park and Pet Washing facility to help your furry family members feel right at home! 

We have designated spaces at the community building that can be used for short term parking.

If you are looking for a rental, we have a limited amount available. These are available for the whole season, not by the week. 

Additional fees include:

• Internet (outside vendor)
• Electric (WE Energies)
• Personal Property Tax (decks, patio, shed)
• Lawn Care (common areas include, individual lots provided for a fee)

Residents of Silo Ridge do not get a discount on rentals at Wishing Well RV Resort. Our agreement with the resort gives you access to the park and its many activities and facilities.
